  • Best quality of the yarn due to which there is a great demand  for yarn in domestic as well as Export market. There is at least 1.5 to 2 months advance orders in domestic and Export markets. Mill in first four years has Exported 235 containers ( 20 ton each containers) of yarn.

  • The mill has continuously achieved utilization of 97 – 98%.

  • The motivation and training has implemented many schemes for welfare of the workers due to which the mill has achieved unknown  absenteeism 0%which is also a record by itself.Various schemes for workers were started.On the occession of Workers day Anna Bhau Cricket Mahotsav is arranged.Himoglobin checkup camp and after checking medicine is provide for those whose H.B.is less.Adhar Card schems which is launched by central government so its camp is arragnged on mill site.Also blood donation camp arranged on mill site to take part in social activity.

  • The mill has bagged five awards from the Maharashtra Co-operative Textile Federation for Best Technical, financial & Productivity performance and quality.

  • The mill has got the prestigious award "Bset Organisation on National Level"from N.C.U.I. Delhi  which was the finest & memorable moment in Ajara spin as it is achieved within 5 years after starting the mill.

  • The management care for ecology and for this has planted many trees and also developed excellent garden. The mill does not cause pollution of any type.In Ganesh festival for Ajara city management organized Nirmalya Dan Abhiyan to avoid water pollution of Hiranyakeshi river and 100%Nirmalya collected by Ajara spin family members on 5 spot of River side which is best achievement.

  • The management of the mill is always on the forefront in supporting educational, social and cultural organizations from the region.

  • The mill now proposed to expand to full capacity of   25000 spindles by adding 12000 spindles by raising loan from Bank.

  • The mill also proposes to expand to in projects of value addition such as Knitting, weaving, chemical processing and garment manufacturing. Due these plan are implemented an employments of our 5000 will be generated and also this will support many dependant industries and businesses.

  • The mill will prove to be a nucleus for development of the region.
